This title is offered to UK book retailers at a recommended retail price of £28.00. Eligible retailers may purchase on an exclusive basis with a 50% trade discount, and all orders will be supplied with complimentary delivery.
To provide assurance in stock management, the title is supplied on a Sale or Return (SOR) basis for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase. Returns of unsold copies within this timeframe will be accepted in accordance with standard SOR procedures.
 
These terms apply solely to retailers operating within the United Kingdom.
 
Cancellations and Returns
Order cancellations and returns of books ordered will only be credited if the Company is able to return the items to its supplier.
The Company offers customers a 180-day returns policy on books. 
Returned items must be in mint/resalable condition at The Company's discretion. 
Shortages or missing items need to be reported within 7 working days to be investigated properly. Where items cannot be replaced, a refund will be issued.
Returns must be requested, authorised and processed directly with the contact details from where the books were ordered. A returns authorisation email does not constitute a final decision and all returns, whether pre-authorised or unauthorised, are subject to final returns approval following receipt and inspection of goods. A copy of the returns authorisation email as well as a copy of the despatch note or invoice associated with the order is required to process authorised returns correctly.
Where authorised returns are for damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, a returns authorisation must be requested within 7 working days to arrange for a replacement or credit to your account. Where goods are damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied, a note summarising the details and locations of damage or omissions should be included with the return. Under these circumstances, the Company will arrange for and bear the cost of the courier service to pick up the goods. In all other instances, it is the customer's responsibility to arrange for and pay the cost of the return.
The Company cannot be responsible for customer arranged returns that cannot be located and all goods will remain your property until we have received them.
