SHIPPING POLICY

Artworks will be packed and shipped with 2 working days of purchase.

​

UK deliveries will be shipped on a next day courier service.

​

Overseas delivery times will vary - and can be advised at purchase.

​

Original paintings are shipped 'ready to hang’ on wooden stretcher frames, and securely packaged in purpose built reinforced cardboard boxes.

​

Large paintings (with any one side over 125cm in length) will be removed from the frame, and shipped rolled in a reinforced cardboard postal tube to any destination other than the UK. 

​

UK orders for large paintings will be delivered on the wooden stretcher frame (unless otherwise requested).

 

Please also note: Some countries may levy a charge upon importation. Any additional import duties are the responsibility of the customer and again advice can be sought prior to purchase.

RETURNS POLICY

Purchasing paintings and prints from this site can be done with absolute trust and confidence. In line with UK legislation, a 14 day return policy is a statutory condition of purchasing on-line. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase a full refund of the price of the artwork will be provided upon the safe return of the item in its original packaging.

The safe arrival of your purchase is of paramount importance and is always the responsibility of the sender. Upon delivery should there be a problem please notify us without delay.

This will be your name, delivery address, contact telephone and email.

No financial details are stored.
