SHIPPING POLICY

Original paintings are shipped 'ready to hang’ on wooden stretcher frames, and securely packaged in purpose built reinforced cardboard boxes.

Please also note: Whilst many international destination countries including USA and Hong Kong enjoy exemption from import duties/tax some countries may levy a charge upon importation. Any additional import duties are the responsibility of the customer and again advice can be sought prior to purchase.

RETURNS POLICY

Purchasing paintings and prints from this site can be done with absolute trust and confidence. In line with UK legislation, a 14 day return policy is a statutory condition of purchasing on-line. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase a full refund of the price of the artwork will be provided upon the safe return of the item in its original packaging.

The safe arrival of your purchase is of paramount importance and is always the responsibility of the sender. Upon delivery should there be a problem please notify us without delay.
